Artisan Porcelain Dragonfly Necklace: Czech Glass, Copper, Rose Gold
This necklace was inspired by the gorgeous porcelain pendant made by Maria of Majoyoal ceramics here on Etsy. The colors are calm and soothing - light mossy blue/green, beige and brown highlights. The dragonfly is oversized and looks as though the wings fold over the sides.
I wire wrapped the pendant with antique copper wire, and stacked antique copper rondelles, lacy antique brass filigree bead caps and mossy green Chrysoprase coins. On the top are tiny antique brass rondelles.
The necklace alternates between luminous faceted green/blue Czech Firepolish in rounds and smaller rondelles, pinch beads in very pale green, tiny faceted bicones in a darker blue/green with rose gold nuggets and antique copper bead caps.
Antique copper chain makes the necklace adjustable in length from about 18 to 22 inches.
Closure is a rose gold lobster clasp.
Comes in a cotton-filled gold foil box perfect for gift-giving or for yourself!
