Green Gemstone Triangle Earrings with Heliotrope or Bloodstone and Faceted Red Garnet, Artisan Bloodstone Earrings
These gorgeous gemstone earrings feature triangle shaped pendants of Heliotrope, or Bloodstone, wire wrapped in an antique copper non-tarnish wire to 8mm Bloodstone rounds. The rounds sit in flower and leaf shaped Antique Brass bead caps with tiny bead caps and an Antique Brass rondelle bead on top. Dangling in front of the triangles are three drops of 4mm faceted Garnets.
Shown with Antique Brass French Hook ear wires. I also have 14k Gold Fill French Hook ear wires, or Antique Brass or Gold Plated Surgical Steel lever back ear wires if you'd prefer. Message me if you're interested in either of those options which I can switch out for no additional charge.
These earrings measure 2.25 inches from the top of the ear wires to the bottom of the stones.
Bloodstone is a cryptocrystalline mixture of quartz that occurs mostly as jasper (opaque) or sometimes as chalcedony (translucent). The "classic" bloodstone is opaque green jasper with red inclusions of hematite. You can see splashes of hematite in the pendants.
